Returns are accepted only for new, unused items in perfect condition.
If, upon inspection, a returned item is found to be used or damaged, no store credit will be issued, and the customer will be responsible for collecting the item at their own expense.
Return shipping costs, as well as any packaging costs, are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or faulty item): in that case, we will cover all return costs.
Once the returned item has been received and verified, we will issue a store credit equal to the amount paid for the returned products, excluding the original shipping costs. The credit can be used for a future order on our website and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
